Brotherhood, Integrity & Service in Dunston since 1949
We are a friendly Craft Lodge in the Province of Durham, meeting at Freemasons Hall, Dunston. All are welcome — Masons and those curious about Freemasonry alike.
Crowley Lodge No. 6901 was consecrated in 1949 and named after Sir Ambrose Crowley, a prominent local industrialist of the late 17th and early 18th centuries. Our members are a group of like-minded men who prize friendship, mutual respect, and an appreciation of charitable giving. We maintain Masonic traditions both in the Lodge Room and at the dining table, where we gather in fraternal fellowship after each meeting.
We are a welcoming and sociable Lodge — some of our members work, others are retired — and our common goal is to support the Lodge and one another in whatever capacity we can. The third Friday of each month is a special evening, and one we always look forward to.
